Purchase Policy

PAYMENTS: Payment is due at the time of purchase. AC Flora High School reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS: Orders may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours by emailing us at store@getfalcongear.com.

NOTE: In order to maximize the financial support for our athletes, this is a school-run online store. We're staffed by volunteers and student assistants who will process and pack your orders for pickup or shipment. Please be patient with us.

Return Policy

Unused or unworn items may be exchanged. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original selling condition, showing absolutely no signs of wear and tear. Items should be completely free of all odors, including but not limited to perfume, cologne, cigarette smoke, and pet odors/pet hair. If we receive an item that doesn't meet all of the criteria, the offer to exchange may be voided. Feel free to contact us for any additional information or questions relating to returns and exchanges. Store credit or a refund will only be issued in the case of damaged items.

Pick-Up

Completed orders will be available for pick-up in the school front office on the next school day. We do not ship orders.
